Monday: Rest

Tuesday: 7 miles + form drills
49:15. Felt 10x better than my Sunday run.

Wednesday: 8-10 miles + core circuit

Thursday: 6 miles + 8 x 100m strides

Friday: 5 miles + drills

Saturday: 6 miles + 8 x 100m strides

Thought today: 
I have to keep trying.
